Stress Load: The Weight You're Carrying

Stress Load

Some load makes you stronger. Some load just breaks you down. Most men have no idea which kind they're carrying.

The lie: "I handle stress fine." Handling it and metabolizing it are different things. Chronic stress doesn't announce itself—it erodes. Sleep first, then focus, then the people you love.

Stress isn't the enemy. Unmanaged, chronic, unexamined stress is. The goal isn't zero pressure—it's knowing your load, watching it, and having a release valve that isn't whiskey or rage.

The standard: pressure you choose and can put down, not pressure you're just enduring.
